Sound Bath with Gongs in the Park

Here's a session I did in Juett Park in Winthrop.  Gorgeous place.  We even had turtles swimming in the little lake ... I counted nine.

It was a lovely sunny day and the birds were chirping away.  Hardly any breeze.

Michael Sgro did a great job producing this video and the one below.  Just think, he's still in school!

Here's what people say

I now do Sound sessions from home usually in combination with Intuitive Healing.  I can just do sound on its own or healing on its own if that's what you prefer.  Here's the link for more info

Time For a Bath

"Forget Balance.

It's time to call BS on the term work-life balance.
Why?
It implies there's a utopian level of balance to which we should all aspire
(and then..., of course, feel bad when we can't get there).

Work-life balance only becomes an issue when you don't like what you're doing for work or you haven't been able to say no to competing demands.
Balance is all about perspective.
What is balance for one might be out of whack for another.

Seeking an easy way to work it out?
If you feel like a rubber band about to snap, you're out of balance.

Instead of talking about balance, we should be thinking about energy and how to sustain our performance, and the personal strategies we can use to make things happen."

11 Ways to Use Sandalwood Oil

I Love Sandalwood Oil ...
I use it in the home, in the car, when I'm out and about and it's even in my lotions for hands, body and face.  I use it in ointment form for scratches and itches, pimples and cuts, and for athlete's foot.

   You can get creative!

I've started you off with a few ideas,
but I'd love to hear what you can
come up with.
What's your favourite way to use
Sandalwood Oil?
Please leave a comment below,
and if you'd like to buy some oil,
contact me here or go to my
facebook page and PM me here
I only ever use and supply 100% Pure
Australian Sandalwood Oil.

PS  Please remember to use 100%
Essential Oils in diluted form,
never directly onto the skin

Here's the List ...

1.             Infuse one of my silken scarves
with a couple of drops of oil
      and put it inside your
      pillowcase for a restful night’s
      sleep.  Your hair will smell
      fabulous too.

       2.         Put an infused scarf in your car for
             peaceful driving and a wonderfully
             perfumed car!

3.           Put a drop or two into a burner
with water, and breathe ... aaaah
     Smells good, feels good.

4.           Add a couple of drops to one of my
scarves or to a ball of cotton wool
and put it in the clothes dryer.
     Clothes and house smell great.

5.            For nice smelling carpets, dog beds
and rooms, put a box or two of
bicarb of soda in a bowl.
Add drops of sandalwood oil to suit.
Allow it to sit for awhile, then sprinkle
mixture over carpet or dog bed
(I use a sieve for sprinkling but hands
     will do).
Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes then
     vacuum.  Heavenly.

              6.  Add a couple of drops
to a spray bottle filled with

water and lightly spray your face
            and/or body …
            It's moisturising for your skin,
            cooling in summer, anti-bacterial,
            and you smell divine.

7.            To avoid ironing clothes when you
don’t want to iron, which is me all
the time, use a spray bottle of water
      with some sandalwood drops added.
      Wrinkles disappear and you smell
      great too!

8.           Take a scarf to work and put it
     on your desk ...
Hold it up to your nose and take
a deep breath anytime you feel
     stressed.  Could help co-workers
too ... in fact, pop one on your
     boss's desk ðŸ˜„

9.        Keep a scarf in your bag for quick
    de-stressing anywhere, anytime.
Take 3 deep breaths or more,
then release each breath slowly ...
Your bag will smell wonderful too.

                          10.      For peace and tranquillity
wherever you are, keep a small
spray bottle of water in your bag,
                     infused with sandalwood oil.
Squirt a mate!  Squirt a room.
                     Squirt yourself.
                     Be generous.
                     Spread the calmmmmmm ...

Maybe don't squirt the boss ðŸ˜‰

11. Run a bath!  Add sandalwood oil to
your liking ... a few drops should do.
Throw in a cup of Epsom Salts and
half a cup of Bicarb of Soda, then
    sink in and soak.
    Breathe in deeply ...
    exhale slowly ...
Allow the warm water and oil to
    work their magic.
    Deep relaxation will follow,
    and you'll smell delicious!

Rare Giant Super Moon November 14th 2016

Join Narelle and I for a Rare Giant Super Full Moon Gonging ... this Sunday 13th November

For details go here ... www.facebook.com/soundbathwithgongs
The moon is the closest to the Earth than it has been in the last seven decades.
As such, it will likely be the biggest moon you’ve ever seen.
It will shine brighter and appear larger than it has in 68 years!!
Make a Wish!

We will do an Intention Gonging ... where we hold an intention close,   something we want for ourselves or the world or a loved one.

The power of intention can work miracles subtly or dramatically.

Come and intend, be still, be calm. Come and relax, go deep and be bathed by sound, vibration and harmony ...                                                                   aaaaaaah

With all the crazy unexpected things that are happening in the world lately, the upcoming supermoon set to happen on November 14th will finally give us…
